Head of IFA Administration – Wealth Management

About the role

We are looking for a Head of IFA Administration to lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional financial planning service within our Wealth Management division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing team of Client Relationship Managers.
• Oversee onboarding, training and ongoing development of the team.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and client service.
• Support client meetings, build strong relationships and manage follow‑up actions.
• Handle new business applications, contract administration and maintain client records.
• Produce management information and contribute to projects as required.

Required profile

• Experienced IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Assistant with supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Motivational and supportive leader with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable with change.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and client‑service skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with back‑office systems used in financial services.
