Head of Infrastructure & Cyber Security

About the role

We are seeking a senior technology leader to head a sizeable Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Cyber Security function for a fast‑growing UK‑based technology group. The role is hybrid, with three days per week on site in Leeds, and offers a six‑figure salary package plus attractive benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team responsible for infrastructure, service delivery and cyber security.
• Modernise the existing infrastructure and reduce data‑centre footprint.
• Strengthen cyber‑readiness and operational resilience across the organisation.
• Implement cloud cost‑governance and support future acquisitions.
• Embed automation and AI to create a proactive, efficient infrastructure operation.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience as a Head or Director of Infrastructure, Technology Operations, IT Services or a similar senior role.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, platform‑based environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build trust with technical teams.
• Demonstrated capability to drive change and introduce new ways of working.
