Head of Lettings – Southfields

About the role

The Head of Lettings will lead the Southfields branch of a well‑established London estate agency. This senior position combines hands‑on lettings management with business development across a highly competitive South West London market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and convert them into new lettings instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Manage a small lettings team, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Drive new business generation and increase market share in the Southfields area.
• Collaborate closely with negotiators and property listers.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
• Support office performance targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lister.
• Demonstrated ability to win valuations and secure new instructions.
• Strong landlord relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven, confident and mature approach.
• Experience in the London lettings market, preferably in Fulham, Parsons Green or similar South West London areas.
• Ability to lead and support a small team in a relationship‑led environment.

• Basic salary up to £35,000 plus realistic OTE of £70,000.
