- Develop the automation and network strategy with 3PL partners, including CAPEX cases and payback analysis, and lead delivery of agreed initiatives.
- Identify and deliver cost, efficiency and service improvements, from carrier and route optimisation to warehouse operations and freight consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export and trade requirements across the UK, EU and US, managing risk through robust systems.

- Line management, leadership and coaching experience across multiple geographies.
- Strategic thinker and strong operator, able to run a reliable operation today and shape how the network scales and automates.
Required skills
- Order picking, warehousing, transport, outbound distribution and international freight (container shipping, customs, import/export).
- Robust numerical and financial modelling, including CAPEX and payback cases presented to senior stakeholders and the board.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Operations, Sourcing, Product Supply and Commercial.
What we offer
- Hybrid working: office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two days a week optional remote work.
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
