Head of Marketing (Growth)

About the role

Colossyan is looking for a Head of Marketing (Growth) to own end‑to‑end growth strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape an unwritten strategy, run paid acquisition yourself and lead a small but expanding team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full pipeline across self‑serve and enterprise, set targets and deliver them.
• Manage paid acquisition on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, optimizing CAC.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content and AI‑assistant search.
• Oversee conversion across the funnel and the handoff between self‑serve and sales motions.
• Lead product marketing activities including positioning, launches and sales messaging.
• Build and expand the marketing team, hiring the next members.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience driving pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience running paid campaigns and trusting personal judgment over agencies.
• Strong viewpoint on organic growth and the impact of AI on search.
• Experience managing 2‑4 people, including less‑appealing tasks.
• Comfortable navigating both self‑serve funnels and enterprise sales cycles.
