Head of Marketing – Lead Growth & Digital Strategy

About the role

Reed Learning is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to shape and execute our marketing strategy. This hybrid role will combine hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight, driving lead generation, digital performance and brand growth across B2B and B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy for B2B and B2C markets.
• Own lead‑generation performance, marketing ROI and customer acquisition targets.
• Lead website optimisation, SEO initiatives and overall digital performance.
• Manage external agency relationships and marketing budgets.
• Launch new products and marketing campaigns.
• Produce meaningful reporting and present insights to senior leadership and the Board.
• Coach and develop a small marketing team, fostering high performance and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a marketing function and managing people.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable lead generation and ROI.
• Experience managing website performance and third‑party agencies.
• Commercial awareness, analytical capability and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient leader thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
