Head of Media Buying

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Media Buying to lead our paid‑media division for a fast‑growing performance marketing agency in Bristol. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise to scale campaigns for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the agency’s paid‑media offering across Meta and Google platforms.
• Oversee high‑spend campaigns, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROAS.
• Mentor and develop a team of Paid Media specialists.
• Build strategic relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Implement testing, optimisation and attribution frameworks.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to maximise results.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in paid‑media or media buying.
• Strong agency‑side background with DTC or ecommerce clients.
• Deep knowledge of performance‑marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV.
• Commercially minded with excellent client communication skills.
• Data‑driven, strategic and highly performance‑focused.
