Head of Operational Excellence

About the role

We are partnering with a global premium quick‑service restaurant brand that is expanding rapidly across Europe. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape the operational foundations that support the next phase of growth, focusing on systems, standards, training, new restaurant openings and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a Europe‑wide operational training strategy for all restaurant levels.
• Design scalable programmes that develop staff from frontline to General Manager.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve consistency, guest experience and commercial performance.
• Drive readiness for new restaurant openings and support rapid expansion plans.
• Manage cross‑functional strategic projects across Operations, Supply Chain, Culinary and People.
• Build and maintain operational standards, systems and processes that can scale with growth.
• Recruit, lead and develop the Operational Services team.

Required profile

• Senior operational leader with experience in large, branded hospitality or QSR businesses.
• Proven ability to influence across functions (Operations, People, Culinary, Supply Chain) rather than managing a single silo.
• Track record of building operational capability, driving continuous improvement and supporting multi‑country expansion.
• Experience in operational training, new restaurant openings, and operational standards.
