Head Of Operations (Fenestrations)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead our fenestrations division, a specialist in aluminium windows, doors and curtain‑wall systems for commercial projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will have full autonomy to shape processes, drive growth and maintain the high standards of a family‑run business with over 40 years of market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships across the commercial sector.
• Oversee all operational departments, including design, project management and HSE.
• Ensure project teams have the tools and knowledge to deliver on time and within budget.
• Lead operational meetings to align the business direction and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to support growth strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert quotes into confirmed orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar within the fenestrations, façade or construction industry.
• Strong background in contractual negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence business strategy.
• Commute distance to High Wycombe.
