Head of Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Procurement to lead the sourcing function for a fast‑growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand operating across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Supply Chain, you will manage a team of four professionals and drive strategic sourcing for food, beverage and non‑food categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the procurement strategy for all categories across the UK and Europe.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing procurement team.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with New Product Development and Supply Chain teams to support innovation and ensure supply continuity.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while safeguarding product quality and supply resilience.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the procurement function.
• Engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of procurement experience, primarily in food and beverage.
• Background in hospitality, preferably within a QSR environment.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑site procurement teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Passion for the food industry and delivering commercial value.
