Head of Product Security

About the role

As Head of Product Security you will define and execute the global security strategy for all software, hardware, cloud and AI‑native products. You will lead a world‑class team that embeds secure‑by‑design and responsible‑by‑design principles throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified product security strategy across all product lines.
• Own secure SDLC policies, tooling, governance and lead threat‑modeling, architecture reviews and penetration testing.
• Manage vulnerability management, PSIRT processes and coordinate incident response and disclosure.
• Develop and enforce security standards for AI model training, evaluation, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Build AI threat models, red‑team exercises and continuous adversarial testing for LLMs and generative AI.
• Partner with sales, customer success and support to handle security escalations and audit programs.
• Ensure compliance with NSA‑aligned, NIST, FedRAMP, DoD, NIAP and emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product security or cyber‑risk for complex, AI‑enabled products.
• Deep knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Strong understanding of AI security challenges, model hardening and responsible AI practices.
• Experience navigating regulatory frameworks (NIST SP 800‑53, FedRAMP, EU AI Act, etc.).
