Head of Product & Technology

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing luxury real‑estate brand, is looking for a Head of Product & Technology to lead the strategy, delivery and innovation of its core platforms. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will own the creation of a proprietary CRM system that will become the operating system of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap, balancing product development, customer experience, automation and internal systems.
• Lead cross‑functional Product, Engineering and Design teams, including distributed international resources and external partners.
• Deliver a new proprietary CRM platform, replacing legacy systems and establishing the core operating platform.
• Drive rapid product development using agile delivery, MVP thinking and continuous user feedback.
• Evaluate current architecture and make strategic decisions on build‑versus‑buy, scalability and integration.
• Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models to improve products and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance for platform security, data protection, access management and technology risk.
• Provide executive reporting, roadmap visibility and delivery updates to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading product, technology or digital transformation functions in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Proven ability to translate commercial objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and ability to influence strategic decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
• Knowledge of platform security, data protection and technology risk management.
• Understanding of AI and Large Language Model applications in business contexts.
