Head of Proposition – Motor

About the role

Davies is seeking a senior leader to shape the future of motor claims and legal services across the UK, Ireland and Europe. As Head of Proposition – Motor you will define the strategic direction, drive commercial performance and champion innovation for the Core & Volume Motor proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long‑term motor proposition strategy, creating market‑leading claims and legal solutions.
• Lead a high‑performing team of client and proposition professionals, ensuring exceptional service and profitable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior insurer stakeholders and represent Davies at industry events.
• Drive profitable growth through new client acquisition, increased panel share and deeper existing relationships.
• Champion data, technology and operational expertise to improve client outcomes.
• Lead winning RFP and tender submissions and influence pricing and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Significant experience in motor claims, legal services or the wider motor insurance market.
• Proven track record of proposition development and revenue growth.
• Extensive experience managing strategic insurer relationships at senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance client value and business profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
