Head of Sales – Chiswick

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our premium estate agency office in Chiswick, West London. This hands‑on leadership role combines business development, instruction winning and team management to drive office performance and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Drive office revenue and profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop an established sales team.
• Build long‑term relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Develop new business opportunities across the local market.
• Manage pipeline and ensure high conversion levels.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Represent a premium brand within the Chiswick market.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of the West London property market, preferably Chiswick.
• Commercially driven with a focus on business development.
• Professional, confident and highly motivated.
• Desire to develop and grow an established office.

• Basic salary £40,000‑£50,000 plus OTE £80,000‑£100,000.
• Company car or car allowance (≈£400 per month).
