Head of Sales

About the role

LG’s Eco Solutions business unit is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the UK sales organisation across display products. You will shape commercial strategy, manage a diverse team and drive growth in a fast‑changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full commercial P&L for Eco Solutions in the UK, delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Define and execute the UK market strategy for installers, end customers and distribution partners.
• Ensure pipeline health and opportunity coverage using Salesforce CRM, overseeing territory planning and go‑to‑market execution.
• Support account planning, customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Promote continuous process improvement, sales enablement and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Build and expand strategic relationships with distributors and installers, shaping a scalable partner ecosystem.
• Monitor channel inventory health and sell‑through performance metrics.
