Head of Software Engineering – Lead Technology Strategy

About the role

Acosta Europe is seeking a senior technology leader to shape and execute the engineering strategy that underpins its next phase of growth across Europe. Reporting to senior business stakeholders, you will combine hands‑on technical insight with strategic vision to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

• Foster a culture that attracts, develops and retains top technical talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in complex organisations.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale, secure, and high‑availability systems.

• Competitive salary of £110,000 per year (range £105,000‑£115,000).
• £6,000 car allowance and a 15% performance‑based bonus.
