About the role

Aios Medical is building an AI operating system for consumer healthcare and needs a visionary leader to shape its talent strategy. As Head of Talent, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, craft a high‑performance culture, and manage all people‑operations functions in a fully remote, async environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire world‑class talent across all functions.
• Design and nurture a culture where exceptional people can do the work of their lives.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, equity administration, and HR systems with operational excellence.
• Partner with the CEO and Chief of Staff to define hiring priorities and organizational structure.
• Ensure that high‑performers thrive and that the company scales toward its ambitious growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record building talent functions in fast‑growing startups.
• Extreme standards, high agency, and comfort with unconventional, ambitious environments.
• Ability to work independently, async, with availability until midday Pacific Time.
• Strong judgment, grit, and a passion for creating generational companies.
