This is a newly created, high-impact strategic role designed to shape the future of our workforce across the UK and the USA, moving far beyond traditional HR administration to become a key architect of our organizational success.

Missions principales

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead senior-level recruitment and identify strategic hires to support rapid international expansion.
• Human Capital Strategy: Design and implement incentive schemes, training frameworks, and robust HR governance models.
• Talent Management & Succession: Build a sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring high-quality standards and long-term leadership continuity.
• Organizational Growth: Partner directly with the CEO, CFO, and Group Owner to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the group's professional presence and reputation across social media and industry networks.

Profil recherché

• A senior professional with a proven track record in strategic HR or Talent Management within a fast-paced, growing environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building functions from the ground up rather than just managing existing processes.
• Experience working in international or multi-site environments (ideally UK/US) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and subsidiary leaders.
