Head of Treasury & Risk – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Treasury & Risk to lead the treasury function of a fast‑growing, investor‑backed AI and digital infrastructure company. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will report to the VP of Finance and play a pivotal role in managing liquidity, funding, banking relationships and financial risk as the business expands across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑wide cash management and liquidity planning, producing rolling cash‑flow forecasts.
• Oversee treasury operations across GBP, EUR and USD, including short‑term investment and cash deployment strategies.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates and liquidity, designing appropriate hedging programmes.
• Act as primary liaison with banking partners, managing account structures, mandates and payment governance.
• Support corporate and project debt financing, handling lender communications, covenant compliance and financing reporting.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, control frameworks and governance procedures aligned with future listed‑company standards.
• Prepare insightful treasury reports for senior leadership, investors and the Board.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a corporate treasury environment, preferably within a multinational organisation.
• Strong analytical capability combined with commercial awareness.
• Professional treasury qualification (ACT, AMCT) or finance/accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• Ability to build processes, controls and structures from the ground up.
