Headteacher – Primary School (Tattershall Holy Trinity)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Headteacher to lead Tattershall Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School, a small, welcoming school with strong community ties and a thriving Forest School programme. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, working closely with staff, families, governors and the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust to ensure the highest standards of education and care.

Key responsibilities

• Embed the Trust vision and develop a local school vision that aligns with Trust values.
• Lead teaching, learning and curriculum development to deliver a vibrant, locally relevant curriculum.
• Manage the school environment, resources and budget efficiently, demonstrating value for money.
• Develop staff through effective induction, professional development and performance review processes.
• Oversee safeguarding procedures and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining the Single Central Record.
• Collaborate with external agencies to promote the academic, spiritual, moral, social, emotional and cultural wellbeing of pupils and families.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status with a successful NQT year completed.
• National Professional Qualification of Headship (NPQH) or working towards it.
• Significant experience as a Headteacher, Deputy Head or Head of School with a proven record of school improvement.
• Experience of working within a Church School environment.
