About the role
We are seeking a motivated Health and Safety Advisor to join a long‑standing team dedicated to protecting people, wildlife and the natural environment. You will work on a large site, ensuring health and safety is embedded in everyday practice while enjoying a supportive, flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Health and Safety representative for the site.
- Develop, implement and maintain health and safety procedures, risk assessments and safe working practices.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments across the site.
- Collaborate with cross‑site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
Required profile
- Proven background in health and safety.
- Relevant qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Ex‑Forces candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in the outdoors, animals or nature is a plus.
