Health and Social Care Assessor – Hybrid (Full/Part Time)

About the role

t2 Group is seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners pursuing apprenticeship qualifications across the Truro area and surrounding locations. The role combines remote coaching with scheduled workplace visits, allowing you to guide apprentices through their learning journey while managing your own diary and workload.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement.
• Deliver high‑quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work, provide timely constructive feedback and support functional skills in Maths and English where needed.
• Prepare learners for the End Point Assessment (EPA) and monitor progress to ensure timely qualification achievement.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times.

Required profile

• Level 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in adult health & social care at Senior Carer level or above.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to meet all essential criteria listed in the posting.
