Health and Work Coach – Graduate Role

About the role

This graduate position offers the chance to become a Health and Work Coach within one of the UK’s largest charities. You will support people with musculoskeletal conditions to stay in work or return to employment, receiving NHS‑accredited training and learning the Dialog+ assessment approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using the Dialog+ approach and co‑produce practical action plans.
• Provide ongoing health and employment support for up to six months, including physio and gym access.
• Advise and advocate with employers to resolve workplace challenges.
• Assist participants with CV writing, interview preparation and job search strategies.
• Collaborate with NHS physio and clinical teams to deliver integrated support.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, healthcare, sports science or a related field.
• Paid or voluntary experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Genuine commitment to helping people improve confidence and employment outcomes.
• Based in London and able to travel within 45 minutes to Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet or Hillingdon.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Dialog+ assessment tool.
• Ability to develop personalised action plans and monitor progress.
• Strong communication for employer liaison and participant coaching.
• Organisational skills to manage administrative workload.
