Health Care Assistant – Bank (0 hrs, £13‑£15/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a caring and dynamic Health Care Assistant to join our Nursing Team at Lyca Health Canary Wharf. You will work across our clinic, supporting consultants and the multi‑disciplinary team in delivering high‑quality patient care. The position is a bank role offering flexible shifts covering days, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in a clinical setting.
• Support consultants and the wider health‑care team during scheduled shifts.
• Cover shifts Monday to Sunday, 08:00‑20:00, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality.
• Adhere to professional boundaries and health‑care standards at all times.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Basic education with proven literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous experience working in a care environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
