Health & Safety Advisor – Multi‑site Operations

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, audits and inspections to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear, practical advice on risk assessments, safe systems of work and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and support ISO standard implementation.
• Collaborate with managers and technicians to embed health and safety into everyday operations.
• Deliver training, briefings and promote proactive reporting of safety issues.

Required profile

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a multi‑site or operational environment.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and passionate about creating safer workplaces.
