Health & Safety Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

About the role

The Health & Safety Manager will lead the safety strategy for industrial roofing and cladding projects across the UK. You will work remotely with regular site visits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company‑wide Health & Safety strategy for all service centres and divisions.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and monitor key performance indicators.
• Conduct site audits, incident investigations and lead corrective actions.
• Advise the Managing Director, Board and senior leadership on risk, compliance and strategic direction.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, engagement and collaboration with employees, clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Senior Health & Safety management experience within the construction industry.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 Health & Safety qualification.
• Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all organisational levels.
