Health & Safety Manager – Roofing & Facades

About the role
The Health & Safety Manager will lead safety initiatives on roofing and façade projects across the Mitchell Maguire group. You will ensure compliance with legislation while driving continuous improvement in safety systems and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety legislation on all projects.
- Conduct site audits, monitor KPIs and lead investigations to manage incidents and corrective actions.
- Promote a positive safety culture through training, engagement and collaboration with employees, clients and subcontractors.
- Support projects ranging from £10k to £1.5m in value, working across three related businesses.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager within construction, preferably in roofing or cladding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident, articulate and able to plan and organise deliverables.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Salary of £70,000 per year plus a discretionary £5,000 bonus.
