Health & Safety Trainee – No Experience Required

About the role
This traineeship is designed for individuals with no prior health and safety experience who want to launch a career in a high‑demand field. You will study online at your own pace, gain recognised certifications, and receive support to secure your first health and safety position.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the IOSH Managing Safely course to understand risk control and legal duties.
- Earn the NEBOSH General Certificate covering workplace hazards and safety legislation.
- Carry out practical risk assessments on simulated workplace scenarios.
- Work with the recruitment team to prepare applications, attend interviews, and secure a placement.
Required profile
- Strong interest in health and safety and willingness to study.
- No previous experience required.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
