Missions principales

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both learners and employers.
• Deliver interactive teaching and coaching sessions aligned with apprenticeship standards.
• Assess learner evidence and conduct regular workplace observations to ensure quality compliance.
• Provide dedicated support for functional skills, including English and Mathematics.
• Prepare and guide learners through their End-Point Assessment (EPA) process.
• Manage your own schedule autonomously while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Profil recherché

• Proven professional experience within the Health and Social Care sector.
• A passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting individual development.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the Exeter region and surrounding areas.

Competences requises

• Educational assessment and coaching techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Social Care standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to track and report on learner progress against KPIs.
