Health Tech Implementation/Integration Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of complex health‑technology programmes across acute, community and mental health settings. You will drive digital transformation initiatives that modernise clinical infrastructure and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end digital health programmes from business case through go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Manage integration of clinical systems such as EPR/EMR, PAS, PACS, RIS, LIMS and specialist applications.
• Oversee governance, risk, procurement, solution design and testing activities.
• Coordinate data migration, infrastructure readiness and cut‑over planning.
• Engage executive boards, clinicians, suppliers and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor benefits realisation, optimisation and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering large‑scale health‑tech transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a track record of working with clinical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and risk in complex environments.
