About the role
We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join Oaklands Care Home, located on the outskirts of Garstang in North West England. The role supports our resident‑focused care by overseeing all administrative functions and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, staffing and scheduling for the care home.
- Manage financial performance and implement cost‑effective measures.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital or care‑home administration.
- Strong financial management capabilities.
