Healthcare Architect (ARB Registered)

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified, ARB‑registered architect with a strong background in healthcare design to join our team at Crossways Business Park. You will lead the creation of architectural solutions from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion for hospitals, clinics and related facilities.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate BIM models using Revit and produce/modify drawings in AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs meet planning, building regulations and healthcare design standards (HTMs, HBNs).
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site inspections.
• Support project delivery within agreed programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Assist with contract administration and construction‑stage services as required.

Required profile

• Fully qualified architect (ARB registered and RIBA chartered or equivalent).
• Proven post‑qualification experience in architectural practice, especially healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full right to work in the UK.
