About the role

Join All Care's dedicated team providing person‑centred home care across the Isle of Wight. As a Healthcare Assistant you will support older adults in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks and support food shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.
• Drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance for block‑paid roles; non‑drivers may apply for hourly positions.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; full training provided.
