Healthcare Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Competitive Pay

About the role

Join a CQC‑regulated provider delivering community‑based care to adults with complex needs. You will work directly with an adult male client in his own home, providing personal care, mobility assistance and support with daily living activities. Flexible day or night shifts are available to suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Administer medication safely and record observations.
• Monitor and document client’s health status and any changes.
• Assist with mobility and daily living tasks.
• Deliver person‑centred care with dignity and respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UK care experience.
• Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3 training.
• DBS check on the Update Service.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Manual handling techniques.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to conduct and maintain DBS checks.
