Healthcare Assistant – Flexible Shifts & £18-20/hr

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide person‑centred support to an adult male client living at home in Arborfield. You will work flexible day or night shifts, delivering high‑quality care while being paid for every minute you work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Monitor, record and report observations, including any brain‑injury related needs.
• Support clients with complex care requirements.
• Deliver care with dignity and respect, following person‑centred principles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UK care experience.
• Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3.
• Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training.
• DBS check on the Update Service.
