Healthcare Assistant – Person‑Centred Home Care

About the role

As a Healthcare Assistant with All Care, you will deliver person‑centred support to older adults in the Freshwater area, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Carry out light household tasks and food shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.
• Drivers: full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers welcome for hourly positions).
