Healthcare Assistant – £17/hour – Hampshire

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our community‑based team in Hampshire. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to individuals with a range of needs, from everyday support to complex medical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning and PEG feeding.
• Deliver oxygen therapy via nasal cannula.
• Monitor health observations and manage epilepsy and other complex conditions.
• Offer reassurance, dignity and emotional support to clients.

Required profile

• Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a healthcare assistant.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3.
• Valid Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training.
