Healthcare Assistant – Weymouth (CQC‑regulated)

About the role

Join a CQC‑regulated care provider delivering community‑based support in Weymouth. As a Healthcare Assistant you will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to individuals with a range of needs, from everyday assistance to complex medical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medication
• Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Manage PEG feeding
• Deliver oxygen support via nasal cannula
• Monitor health observations
• Support epilepsy and other complex conditions
• Offer reassurance, dignity and emotional support

Required profile

• Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care
• At least 1 year experience as a healthcare assistant
• Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3
• DBS registered on the Update Service
• Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training
