Healthcare Customer Service Executive

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position supports patients visiting the Stroud branch, delivering a professional and reassuring experience. You will manage both face‑to‑face interactions and telephone/email communications while keeping records accurate and the environment tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in‑store, providing clear guidance on services and accessories.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the CRM system is up‑to‑date.
• Handle walk‑in enquiries, inbound calls and email queries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to book appointments, follow up missed visits and encourage attendance.
• Manage appointments, diaries and administrative tasks using internal systems.
• Keep the branch clean, organised and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated during quieter periods.
• Well‑organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Patient‑focused mindset with high empathy and emotional awareness.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Experience working alone or in a self‑managed role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (ability to learn new tools quickly).
