HGV Automotive Technician / Mechanic – Mobile

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Flex‑E‑Rent mobile team as an HGV Automotive Technician/Mechanic. You will work across Edinburgh and surrounding areas, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy‑goods vehicles while enjoying a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of HGVs, including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford models.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety, quality and MOT standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections.
• Operate in a mobile capacity with the flexibility to work in the workshop when required.
• Collaborate with a skilled, friendly team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with HGVs.
• Full Class 2 UK/Ireland/EU manual driving licence.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach and a genuine passion for vehicle maintenance.
