HGV Class 1 Driver – Full‑time, Sun‑to‑Thu

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for its Southampton hub in Eastleigh. The position runs Sunday to Thursday and offers a stable, long‑term career with a range of employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and keep the vehicle roadworthy.
• Arrive on time for scheduled duties and communicate any delays to the traffic office.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements and Highway Code regulations.
• Complete deliveries and collections according to manifests.
• Comply with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.

Required profile

• Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.
• Experience with double‑deck trailers; container handling experience is highly desirable.
