HGV Class 1 Driver – Night Shifts Available

About the role

Maritime Transport is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join its Distribution Division in Reading. The role offers a choice of night shifts (Monday to Friday) within a leading UK transport company.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy goods vehicles on night distribution routes safely and efficiently.
• Handle curtain‑side, genset, splitter, and ADR loads as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logs.
• Participate in scheduled breaks and adhere to tax‑free meal and night‑out allowances.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent C+E / Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid UK HGV licence (C+E) and Class 1 endorsement.
• Ability to work night shifts Monday‑Friday.
• Commitment to safety and company standards.
