HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver – 4 on/4 off

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) tramper drivers to join their Colchester team. The position follows a 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern, offering a mix of weekdays and weekend work while providing the independence of long‑haul driving.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Depart on schedule, keep the traffic office updated on any delays or issues.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code.
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
• Complete deliveries and collections as planned, complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
