HGV Class 2 Driver – Full‑time

About the role

Arnold Clark is seeking a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver to join its Lingfield team. You will be responsible for transporting cars across the UK, delivering a professional service to both customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles onto articulated and rigid car transporters.
• Plan daily routes and execute multi‑drop deliveries throughout the UK.
• Communicate with customers and branch staff to ensure timely and safe vehicle delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before collection and after delivery.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and company reputation.

Required profile

• Class 2 HGV driving qualification.
• Valid driving licence with at least one year of driving experience.
• Good communication skills and a professional manner.
• Team‑player attitude and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Class 2 HGV licence.
• Valid UK driving licence.
