HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm, Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking reliable, customer‑focused HGV Class 2 drivers to join our two‑person delivery crews. You will make multi‑drop deliveries to customers’ homes across the Basingstoke area, handling a physically active workload with occasional heavy lifting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and professionally to customers’ residences.
• Operate as part of a two‑person crew, following route plans and schedules.
• Perform loading and unloading of parcels, including heavy items.
• Maintain accurate records using a CPC and tachograph card.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate any issues.

Required profile

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence (max 6 points, speeding only).
• Valid CPC and tachograph card.
• Age 21 years or older (insurance requirements).
• Ability to pass driving and theory assessments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Positive, team‑spirit attitude.
