HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm – Up to £28.95/hr

About the role

WPRG Ltd is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) drivers for a temp‑to‑perm position with a well‑established client in Dagenham. The role offers immediate starts, competitive hourly rates during the agency period and a permanent salary after 12 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles for multi‑drop deliveries of baked goods.
• Deliver to supermarkets, convenience stores and third‑party sites across the South East.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Adhere to driver hours, tachograph and road transport regulations.

Required profile

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to help with loading.
• Professional, reliable and safety‑focused attitude.
