About the role
Corus Consultancy is seeking HGV Class 2 Dust Cart Drivers for an ongoing assignment in Sittingbourne, South East England. The position starts on a 12‑week temporary‑to‑permanent basis, offering a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a dust‑cart lorry to collect residential waste.
- Load and unload the vehicle manually when required.
- Follow scheduled routes from Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
- Complete a driving assessment and induction before commencing duties.
Required profile
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence with no more than six points.
- No DR endorsements on the licence.
- Possession of a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and a working Tacho card.
- Ability to perform manual loading tasks and wear safety shoes and Hi‑Vis clothing.
