HGV Dustcart Driver – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HGV Dustcart Driver for an immediate start in Eastleigh. The role is Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm, with no weekend work and competitive hourly rates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 refuse trucks on local routes.
• Work as part of a 2‑ or 3‑person crew to collect household food waste and recycling.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including occasional heavy lifting.

Required profile

• Valid Category C licence with CPC and Digi‑Tacho.
• Minimum six months’ experience operating a Class 2 HGV.
• Ability to lift and assist with loading when required.
• Team player with good initiative; must pass a driving assessment.
