HGV Parts Advisor (Progression to Management)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HGV Parts Advisor to join a close‑knit team of seven in our Newcastle upon Tyne branch. You will be the first point of contact for a range of blue‑chip and household‑name clients, handling both telephone enquiries and face‑to‑face interactions while supporting the rapid growth of the UK’s largest automotive parts provider.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outgoing parts telephone enquiries and sales.
- Serve customers on the trade counter and provide expert advice.
- Pick and pack items in the warehouse for drivers.
- Unpack stock and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Liaise with suppliers to purchase parts and maintain optimal stock levels.
Required profile
- Current experience as an HGV Parts Advisor.
- A desire to progress into a management role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
