About the role
We are seeking a qualified HGV Technician to join our client’s depot in Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping a fleet of commercial vans road‑ready through routine inspections, servicing and repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections and general servicing
- Diagnose faults and repair defects on commercial vans
- Conduct road tests to verify repairs
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and present them for inspection
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
Required profile
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) HGV Technician qualification
- Proven experience working with commercial vans of all makes and models
- Full UK driving licence
